Refund policy

Donations support a free server and are delivered instantly as Nostalgia Coins. Here is when a refund is possible.
When you can ask
Within 14 days of the payment, if the coins are still unspent in your wallet. Write to [email protected] with the payment date and email.
When it is not possible
Coins already sent to a character or spent on the wheel, on premium or on items cannot be refunded. Bans for breaking the rules do not entitle to a refund.
Chargebacks
Opening a dispute with your bank instead of writing to us leads to the removal of the coins and the suspension of the account until it is resolved.
Mistakes
If you paid twice or the coins did not arrive, write to us: it is fixed within 48 hours.
